Lorena understands. As a mother of three children, all students of Pomona Unified School District, Lorena knows the importance of good relationships between parents, schools and community. As a mother, she has attended multiple parent-teacher conferences, and she understands how crucial parents' participation is. By joining parent groups, she understands the difficulties parents face especially in these difficult times. Lorena is not an opportunist looking for a political position. She truly wants to work to improve the education and

create better opportunities for our children, but she needs your vote.

Lorena lo entiende bien.  Como madre de tres hijos, todos estudiantes del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Pomona, Lorena entiende lo importante que son relaciones entre padres, escuelas y comunidad. Como madre de familia ha asistido a muchas conferencias con maestros y entiende bien lo duro que los maestros trabajan para educar nuestros ninos. Lorena entiende lo importante que es la participacion de los padres en actividades escolares, porque ella participa. Lorena entiende las dificultades que los padres encaran especialmente en estos tiempos dificiles porque participa en grupos de padres. Lorena no es una oportunista buscando una posicion politica. Ella de verdad quiere trabajar para mejorar y aumentar las oportunidades educativas para nuestros hijos, pero necesita el voto de todos.
